Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order from My Account → Orders any time before it is shipped.
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or request a return after delivery under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
- We may cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled (for example, stock or serviceability issues). You will be notified by SMS/email.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of cancellation and usually reflect within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
- COD orders: no payment is collected, so no refund is due.
- If money was debited but your order was not placed, the amount is auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
