This Privacy Policy explains how Anshu Chaube (Proprietor), trading as Paridhi Enterprises ("Paridhi Fashion", "we", "us") collects and processes your personal data when you use paridhi.fashion. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under it.
Data we collect
- Account and order data: name, mobile number, email, delivery address and order history.
- Payment data: payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it
- To process and deliver your orders, including sharing your name, phone and address with courier partners.
- To send order updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
- To send offers and reminders only if you have given consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.
- To prevent fraud, comply with tax and legal obligations, and improve our website.
Advertising and analytics
We use tools such as Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to measure the performance of our advertising. These partners may receive hashed identifiers and event data (for example, a purchase) in accordance with their own policies.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for as long as required under tax law (currently at least 8 years). Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and nominate another person to exercise your rights, by writing to our Grievance Officer at grievance@paridhi.fashion.
